Is there a pickup fee?

During this time Commisso's will not be charging a pickup fee.

Is there a minimum order value needed when I place an order?
Currently there is a minimum order of $30 before taxes in order to place a pickup order.

Why is the amount on my receipt different than my credit card charge?
The prices on items in your order are always based on the in-store pricing on your scheduled day of pick up. Your final order total may vary based on savings, promotions and weight variances of items in your order, however you will receive flyer and promotional prices that are in effect on day of order pickup. Online prices are regular retail.

I have placed an order, how do I pick it up?
Arrive at Commisso's at your designated pickup time. Park in one of our designated pickup slots to the right of the main entrance by Dollar Tree. Call 905-353-0034 from your vehicle and pop your trunk to let us know you have arrived. Have your order ID, email confirmation and ID ready. One of our associates will bring your grocery order to your car.

Can I use manufacture's coupons online?
At this time manufacturer's coupons are not able to be used.

Why can't I find a specific item online that is available in store?
We’re aiming to provide online grocery customers with the largest assortment of items available, but select items may not be available for purchase online. If there is a specific item that you would like to purchase but can’t find it online, please let us know by contacting our team or leave a note during checkout in the comment box.

When is my order prepared?
To ensure maximum freshness, your order will be prepared on the day of your selected pick up time slot.

Can I make changes or additions to an order I have submitted?
Additions and/or changes to orders must be made by email only at online@commissosfreshfoods.com no later than 72 hours before pickup. Please reference your order number in all email correspondence.

Can I find all the products online that are available in store?
At present, we do not have all the items in our store on the site. However, if you do not find something on the site that you know is in store you may make a note of these items during checkout.
